I am been always fat girl and now while moved month I have lost 8 cm waist and 25kg from birth of my child..
So start and stick too with the goals you want, and do the work, it is just desicion to walk and do it, it feels like nothing really walk, 10.000 steps in day and eat little...
My diet is still jojo motion but when that will be ok i lose weight in 2 months away to 70-65kg like i want.
3 cm in week from waist goes still ''few'' weeks..
I was before in hospitals years, somewhy, and pregnant and before that was only school gymms cause no access to go outside cause i run away :D
no kid hobbies ether :O
